How to Apply for Fresh ePass Scholarship l Apply Online for ePass, Upload scanned certificates, UID, EID & Ration Card No Updation :- Andhra Pradesh Government is providing financial help by issuing money in the form scholarships for the students those who belong to SC/ST/BC through the ePass. As many as students don't know how to apply ePass. So here we are giving a clear view on how to apply ePass.

Eligible SC/ST/BC Category candidates may apply for the Electronic Payment & Application System of Scholarships (EPASS) by submitting online form and updating scanned documents. Once the online registration process successfully completed, students may take printout of the online form and acknowledgement along with Hard Copy of necessary document such as Previous year mark list, Caste Certificate, Income Certificate and Aadhaar Card (UID) etc, should submit at college. The college will cross check all the provided particulars and forward the application to the Field Officer who will verify all the documents, if all are satisfied he will send those candidate's applications to the District Officer.


Apply Online for ePass  - Step by Step Process :-

1. Log on the website http://epass.cgg.gov.in
2. Search for Postmatric Scholarships For Fresh Registration and click on Click Here
3. Now you are in the Fresh Application form Page
4. Select your  SSC Pass Type  (Ex:  AP Regular, AP Supplementary, Other Board, CBSE, ICSE, OPEN University, AP OPEN Schools & Oriental SSC)
5. Type your SSC Exam Number / Hall Ticket No / Roll No
6. Enter Year of Pass (SSC Exam)
7. Provide your Date of Birth in the following format (DDMMYYYY)
8. If you provide all above details correctly the online registration form will be displayed other wise it shows error
9. Fill up all the details in registration form and submit it and take printout of the application form and note the application number for further proceedings

Upload scanned certificates - Step by Step Process:-

1. Now Click on the Scanned Certificates Upload link found at top in the same page
2. Provide details such as SSC Pass Type, SSC Hall Ticket No, Year of Pass and Fresh Application ID
3. Once you enter all details correctly then a form will be displayed in which you can browse and upload Image of your Passport Photograph and the scanned certificates such as Income and Caste which are issued by meeseva
4. Finally click on Submit button.

UID, EID & Ration Card No Updation - Step by Step Process:-

1. Access the main website http://epass.cgg.gov.in
2. Find for Uid Details Updation and click on it
3. Provide details such as SSC Pass Type, SSC Hall Ticket No, Year of Pass and Fresh Application ID
4. Enter your UID (Aadhaar), EID (Enrollment No. 14 digits + ddmmyyyyhhmmss) and Ration card No
5. Click on Browse button under Upload UID certificate and upload your scanned UID certificate
6. Finally Click on the Submit Button
