Official update from the CBSE officials is that the CBSE 10th Result 2017 i.e. the CBSE Class X Results 2017 will be announced today i.e. 3rd June 2017 anytime before noon. CBSE has not mentioned an exact time for CBSE 10th result declaration, it has only mentioned that the result would be published "in the forenoon" which means any time before 12 noon today. Since the CBSE Class 12 results were also expected "in the forenoon" on 28 May, 2017 and finally got published after 10 AM, there is a good chance that the CBSE 10th results 2017 will also be out today after 10 AM. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) usually conducts the Class 10th examination during the month of March. This year, the CBSE Board exam 2017 was conducted almost a week late, from 9 March to 3 April 2017 as per the latest CBSE Class 10 Time Table 2017 for which 886,506 students had registered across India. Last year a total number of 14,99,262 students had appeared for CBSE class 10th examination for the session 2015-16 out of which 14,96,066 students appeared for the exam.
The CBSE Class 10th board results are generally announced in the month of May. As per the details submitted by the board, the total pass percentage for the session 2015-16 was 96.21% for the CBSE Board exam 2017. The overall pass percentage for girls was 96.36% while the overall pass percentage for boys was 96.11% in the CBSE 10th exam. This year, around 16,67,573 will appear for the CBSE class 10 exam 2017 for more than 16,000 schools that are affiliated to CBSE Board.
