Applications in the prescribed form are invited from the eligible candidates for the under mentioned posts. Candidates should possess the prescribed qualifications as on the date of this notification, and should have also qualified (himself/herself) in the National Eligibility Test in the subject concerned for Programme Co-ordinator and Subject Matter Specialist posts in various disciplines. Pay Band of Rs.15,600 - 39,100 with 8000 AGP (UGC Scales of 2006)
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture. Doctorate Degree in relevant field of Agriculture/Horticulture/Animal Sciences/Fisheries including relevant basic sciences with 4 years experience.
Age limit: Not more than 45 years as on the date of Advertisement. Upper age limit for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per norms.
Subject Matter Specialist: Twelve Posts
Pay Band of Rs.15,600 - 39,100 with 5,400 AGP (UGC Scales of 2006)
Age limit: Between 21 years age and 35 years of age as on the date of Advertisement. Upper age limit for reserved category candidates will be applicable as per rules.
FOR AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION, ENTOMOLOGY, HORTICULTURE, SOIL SCIENCE & AGRICULTURAL CHEMISTRY.
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture/Agriculture. A Master’s degree in the subject (discipline) concerned with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
FOR FISHERIES SCIENCE AND VETERINARY SCIENCE.
Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science/Fisheries Science. A Master’s degree in the subject (discipline) concerned with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade.
Registration Fee:
Rs.750/- for SC/ST candidates
Rs.1,000/- for General and others candidates
Payment of Method: Candidates may pay registration fee through a crossed Demand Draft in favour of THE COMPTROLLER, Dr.YSR HORTICULTURAL UNIVERSITY, ENKATRAMANNAGUDEM payable at TADEPALLIGUDEM, WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT, ANDHRA PRADESH on any nationalized bank.
