UPSEE 2014 Online / Offline Application Form

UPSEE 2014 Offline Application Form:
Eligible Students who wish to apply through offline mode for UPSEE 2014 can obtained OMR application forms from Head Post Offices and Mukhya Dak Ghar (MDGs) of Uttar Pradesh, from the 1st week of  March to the 3rd week of March.

The UPSEE 2014 Information Brochure and the application form cost Rs. 1,000, (Rs.500/- for ST/ SC) that includes application fee also.

Application form (OMR Type) duly filled along with necessary certificates should reach the following address on or before last date. The envelope  via Speed Post / Registered Post only.
