BHU Medical Entrance Examination 2014 - BHU PMT 2014 Notification

Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Medical Entrance Examination 2014 will be conducted by Banaras Hindu University for admission into MBBS / BDS courses in BHU. Eligible candidates who wish to take admission in the MBBS/BDS in BH University may apply for this Entrance Exam on or before last date.

BHU MBBS 2014 Entrance Exam Pattern:
Total marks 200 which are shared as below given.

1. Physics : 50 Questions
2. Chemistry: 50 Questions
3. Biology: 100 Questions

Each Question carries two marks on right answer. One mark will be deducted on each wrong answer.

Examination Duration: 3 Hours.

Date of Exam: Second Week of May

BHU Medical Entrance Exam 2014 Seats:
Total 84 MBBS Seats are available which are distribute for reservation as follow.

Reservation of MBBS Seats:
General 42, OBC* 23, SC 13, ST 6
Total 84 seats

Total 38 BDS Seats are available which are distribute for reservation as follow.

Reservation of BDS Seats:
General 19, OBC* 10, SC 6, ST 3
Total 38 seats

*Non-Creamy layer OBC only.

BHU Medical Entrance Examination 2014 Eligibility Criteria:
Citizen of India
12th Class / Intermediate with 50% (40% for SC/ST) Marks in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology.

Age limit: Above 17 years and Below 25 years.

Application Fee:
1500/- for General / OBC
1000/- for reserved category

Application process:
Application form duly filled along with relevant certificates may be sent to THE DIRECTOR (PMT CELL), INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES, BANARAS HINDU UNIVERSITY, VARANASI-221 005 through Registered Post on or before last date.
